Our Bath service for small dogs up to 25lbs includes: - A relaxing bath with your choice of our all natural hypo or lavender scented shampoo and hypo conditioner - Ear clean - Coat brushing - Nail trim IF NEEDED: - Sanitary Clip - Pads Shaved - Ears plucked - Light trimming around Eyes We do not encourage expressing Anil Glands during service and recommend you consult with your vet if your pet is showing signs of discomfort. We will do our best to check them for a small fee after consultation with vet and upon requesting through the add-ons during selecting services WE HAVE EXTRAS! Up grade your service with a bundled package of your choice: -The Pamper Me Bundle ($25) includes Premium Shampoo, Conditioner, Nail Grinding, Teeth Brushing, & Paw Moisturizer -The Spoil Me Bundle ($37) includes everything in the Pamper Me Bundle plus Nail Polish.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Rescheduling & Cancellations We value your business and request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot with another client. 24+ Hour Notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty. Notice of Less than 24 Hours: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a partial or total forfeiture of your deposit to cover lost time and operational costs. "No-Show" & Access Policy For the safety of your pet and our staff, a person 18 years of age or older must be present for hand off at the start and the end of the appointment. If a client or authorized adult is not home at the scheduled time, it will be considered a "No-Show." No-Show Fee: In the event of a No-Show, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Policy Justification As a mobile service, our schedule is carefully optimized for travel and time. Late cancellations and no-shows directly impact our ability to operate and serve other clients. This policy ensures we can cover fixed overhead and fuel costs while maintaining a reliable schedule for all our pet parents.
